During the registration we will ask for:

Your NHS number, if you have it
You can find your NHS number in the NHS App or your NHS account, on an NHS document or letter such as a prescription, test result or appointment letter, or by contacting your GP surgery. Sorry that you don't meet the criteria for the REACTIVE study.

To join the study you must be:

Aged 65 or over
Be registered with a GP in England
Have regular access to a computer (desktop, tablet or device) and the internet

Based on your response, not all of these apply to you.
